Premier Construction Services began by investing in real estate, commonly referred to as “flipping houses”.  In doing so we gained considerable restoration experience, encountering a wide range of damages from elements such as water, mold, fire, and even termites.  Having restored over 35 homes back to original condition, our expertise allows us to not only repair these damages, but also partner with insurance companies to ensure the accurate, detailed damage assessment necessary for the homeowner’s reconciliation.

We specialize in mold remediation, fire restoration, termite damage repair, and roof repair (caused by damage from hail and fallen trees), but our proficiency doesn’t stop there.  We are confident tackling any unique or challenging situations that have caused home damage, whether big or small.

This house in the Drake area had major termite and water damage. We literally removed all the interior walls and replaced over 70% of the existing floor joists. This was an extreme case of disaster restoration! We finished it off with Hardiplank siding and new 30 year Oakridge Pro shingles.
